• Main Bay 74 m long X 15 m wide, lean to area 7 m wide
• Separate winding shop, 56 m X 12 m

• Paint booth to ensure dust free painting

FUTURE EXPANSION

• Phase II project is to expand and build up capacity to manufacture Transformers up to 50MVA, 132kV Class.

TESTING FACILITIES

Quality control activity is augmented substantially by a well-equipped laboratory and transformer test control desk. A test bay capable of carrying out tests specified in various national / international standards ensures that every transformer is thoroughly tested before it leaves the factory.

We have in-house testing facilities for conducting the following tests:

• Ratio Test
• Resistance test
• Polarity & Phase relation test
• Load Loss & No Load Loss measurement
• Excitation current
• Applied Voltage
• Induced Voltage
• Temperature rise
• Test on transformer oil
